Birth Doula

A birth doula provides emotional and physical support during pregnancy, labor, and birth. I will be by your side to empower you and help you advocate for your birth preferences. I create a calm and nurturing environment to help you have a positive pregnancy and birth experience.

Postpartum Doula

A postpartum doula provides invaluable support during the early weeks and months after your baby's arrival. Through assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding support, and help adjusting to the challenges of parenthood, I support and enable you to rest, recover, and bond with your new addition.
